Audio visual, video and sound equipment is highly technical and complex. Our first consideration is to ensure our client has the correct equipment and gains a maximum benefit from its use.

It is always an advantage to bear in mind that if in any doubt a qualified technician can always be provided to operate and oversee things, thus ensuring that you, the client, has a trouble-free time.

The cost of such a technician often outweighs the disappointment and inconvenience that can occur due to unfamiliarity with the equipment and its operation – AAV provides the difference between success and failure.

Connections, connecting leads, extension leads and the correct setting up of the equipment are often forgotten, but nevertheless very important. When delivering equipment our technicians will be only too pleased to spend a little time with you to give any advice or help required to ensure everything is to your satisfaction before leaving.
